What is CapTel?

Short for Captioned Telephone, CapTel is a telephone designed for people with hearing loss. It works like other amplified telephones, with an important addition: Every word your caller says is displayed on the CapTel screen to read. Similar to closed captioning for TV.

About Diana Centofanti

A member of the OEI team since 2013, Diana loves what she does and finds CapTel customers to be so awesome! With a background in social services and elder care, the thousands of surrogate grandparents she has adopted over the years is the biggest perk of her position as an Outreach Representative. Diana loves the forests, rivers and lakes in Georgia, but most of all, she loves the people in her community. Passionate about her family and faith, Diana also enjoys all types of water sports, including scuba diving, as well as cooking, live music and travel.
